Mike is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and his Strength & Conditioning Program is comprehensive. As a former FCS (Division 1AA, Eastern Illinois) Quarterback he knows firsthand how important the weight room is for any athlete, in any sport, to maximize potential and achieve the success all athletes are chasing.
Guy Holliday
Trainer
Guy Holliday is a 27-year veteran of college coaching, including more than two decades coaching receivers and six years as an offensive coordinator. Guy's goal with OYD is to help every athlete, that comes through the doors, build their foundation and work ethic, so that they can be successful on and off the field!
