Chris is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and teaches both private and group classes. Her passion for the practice of yoga began as a personal hobby years ago and quickly transformed her life. This, along with the community and connections yoga builds, is what led her to complete her teacher training to be able to share yoga with others. Chris also has experience working one-on-one with those who are recovering from injury as well as those healing with chronic illness.
