Originally from Chicago, Mike has been training and mentoring athletes for over 13 years. Prior to moving to Arizona, Mike owned his own sports performance facility where countless families entrusted their athletes’ physical and mental development to Mike.
As a former FCS (Division 1AA, Eastern Illinois) Quarterback he knows firsthand how important the weight room is for any athlete, in any sport, to maximize potential and achieve the success all athletes are chasing.
Mike is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and his Strength & Conditioning Program is comprehensive. Not only does it include, injury prevention, corrective movements, muscle building (hypertrophy), strength, power, and speed; Mike teaches the athletes the why behind the movements, how to operate safely in a weight room, and how to become leaders on their respective teams.
He has been a part of many athlete’s journeys to the collegiate level in multiple sports, including Division 1 football, basketball, baseball, soccer, softball, and lacrosse.
“Working with the next generation is both an honor and a responsibility that I do not take lightly. It has been a calling to be involved in youth, high school, and collegiate sports training. I love it and look forward to influencing as many athletes as possible.”
