Our Specialized training programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each athlete, and our experienced coaches and trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.We offer monthly options and session packages for these sessions!


Our experienced coaches are trained to offer a range of position-specific drills to help athletes hone their skills and improve their performance. Our goal is to help athletes develop the skills and techniques necessary for success in their respective sports and positions.


Strength, mobility and explosiveness are at the core of OYD's weight training program.  We believe in the importance of lifting with proper form and mechanics, for safety and maximized results. Our certified strength & conditioning coach, Mike Donato, will be there to demonstrate and correct athletes' form on the various lifts. 

Agility/plyometric Sessions

Designed to improve overall athleticism and enhance sports performance, this session includes a variety of quick footwork drills, directional change exercises, and jumping movements to promote speed, explosiveness, agility, and coordination.  Our goal is to transform athletes into more agile, faster, and stronger performers on the field or in everyday life.


Speed kills, in every sport, and every athlete wants to get faster! At OYD we help our athlete's improve their speed by starting at the foundation, technique. With the combination of proper technique,  sprint training and plyometric drills, our athletes are blown away by the results!


OYD's athletic training session is designed to help you enhance your overall athletic performance by providing a well-rounded training program that targets different aspects of athleticism, such as speed, strength, agility, and endurance. 

Athletic "Grind" Session is an advanced session that will push you past your limits. This session is a Coach Holliday favorite!
